Design Process

1.  Each project begins with an initial consultation in your home or our studio. This is a good time to gather your magazine clips of rooms that you love to show to your designer.
 
2.  We carefully listen to your ideas, wants and needs. Your budget, approval processes, deposits and schedules are discussed.

3.  Once we decide to work together, we take a $300 design retainer and begin planning your project. Your retainer may be credited to your final project, ask your designer for details.

4.  Next we meet with you in our design center or your home to present your project, and any modifications are noted, this step may take a couple times to fine tune.

5.  Once the design and budgets are approved, we manage and schedule all contractors, installers and specialist to insure that the work is of the highest quality.
